To kick off the 2002 sailing season, the CMBA is planning their Mid-Winters in St. Petersburg Florida at the St. Petersburg Sailing center on the January 26 - 27 weekend. St Pete is known for it's balmy weather, idealic sailing conditions, Southern Charm and Hospitality. The St. Petersburg Yacht Club is famous for it's rich sailing tradition and history whilst the St Petersburg Sailing center ranks amongst it's members some of the finest sailors in the world and one of the most progressive sailing programs in the nation. Located near most of Florida's attractions, this event should prove to be fun for the whole family. So prepare to be there at the "Moth Mid-Winters 2002"!

BOAT ARRIVAL: The St. Petersburg Yacht Club islocated in downtown St. Petersburg on the western shore of Tampa Bay in the Central Yacht Basin, immediately south of theMunicipal Pier. Water depth is 10 feet. The telephone at the MainDock is 727-822-3227. Call WHD-597 initially on channel 16,working channel is 69. The Dockmaster and Assistant Dockmaster is available from 8:28 am to 5:00pm daily.
